Breaking the Law

So this little pun has been sort of cracking me up for a while now, and I really just felt the need to share. This comic is just put together for silliness sake.

I DID NOT DRAW ANY OF THIS! (Just meshed them together in certain ways for editing)

I only changed the text for comedic effect, all rights and so forth still belong to Eiichiro Oda and so forth. I borrowed the fan sub panels from both Manga Panda and Manga stream.
